Dedicated to our friend Rudi, the first biodynamic winemaker in the Mosel Valley of Germany. His perseverance to farm according to his beliefs since the 1970s, despite political and social adversity, has been an inspiration to us. He is constantly working to improve his farming and winemaking without the use of outside materials.

Öde to Rüdi is farmed biodynamically and is elaborated entirely without sulfur- both in vineyard and cellar. Fermented and sur-lie aged in old neutral barrels in honor of Rüdi and the Mosel Valley.
