Inês Skin Contact White

Dedicated to nossa amiga Inês of Porto, who is revitalizing vanishing local culture by celebrating both fading traditions as well as the avant-garde. Whether she is singing fado in the tascas or starting collectives to support Porto’s traditional trades and its young artists, Inês magically injects the old with her youthful spirit. For Inês, a city is only as strong as its artists, and she elevates them as she works to make everything a bit more authentic, more fun and more beautiful.

Like its namesake, "Inês" is a wine with a different take on a traditional grape. Pinot Blanc fermented 4.5 days on the skin before finishing in neutral barrels. Left for 3 months on the lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
